SENIOR LIVING
We have a deep knowledge and experience in a flourish and innovative senior living industry, mostly in US and EU. We were commissioned to develop from brownfield a regional strategy and the respective funding aiming to set a new value proposition able to attract international retired seniors and international investors and operators.
We have deep insightful knowledge about the Senior Living industry, helping developers, investors and operators thrive in their businesses across Europe and North America. We have been engaged in several international projects encompassing most of the value chain of the industry and have had contact with major international players worldwide.
Examples of our work:
We were commissioned by a regional inter-municipality, formed by 15 rural European municipalities, to turn around the grave situation of the aging population and the much more dramatic, demographic erosion. We were challenged to design a green field strategy for an international senior living community based in a region with a global network, aiming to serve the local community and international community as well.
We designed the Value Proposition to attract the international senior population from North America and Europe to live in this region and foster international investment. Furthermore, we designed the strategy of the Fund and the correspondent ex-ante analysis in order to set up a public fund to support the early investment stage required for raising the Senior Living Community.
